The traditional Spanish dish, prepared with Venezuelan twist, is packed with flavor with saffron rice, chicken, pork, chorizo, shrimp, squid and clams. The paella will feed 10-12 adults and will be cooked on site for you by Madeira resident (and Fire Captain) Francisco Caceres! En Fuego!

Do you love helping at class parties and school events but hate finding a place to park? This is for you! Any time you attend an event, party, conferences, field day, etc at MES their will be a VIP parking spot reserved just for you! No need to arrive early or wear shoes you can walk a mile in, your reserved spot will be front and center every time.
