I recently embarked on a fitness journey and lost 95lbs, during which I discovered my love for running. I started by setting small, achievable goals, and with the support of my family and friends, I felt inspired to aim higher. Running a marathon seemed like the perfect challenge. My goal is not only to achieve something big but to show my son that with dedication and perseverance, anything is possible.
