I had the chance to watch some friends run the 2024 marathon, and the energy and support around the course immediately inspired me to get involved. I'm excited to take on a challenge that pushes my training and keeps me focused throughout the year-all while supporting a great cause!

P.L.A.Y.S. is committed to enhancing the academic performance and development of key social and emotional learning (SEL) skills of 3rd-5th grade students through a sports-based curriculum across some of the most underserved neighborhoods of Chicago.
