36th Annual Charity Ball

Dear Guests,

I am so excited that you will be joining us for the 36th Charity Ball - A Night of Heart and Hope on Saturday, April 5, 2025! We are thrilled to once again host this special evening at the beautiful Shipyards Event Center located at 500 Shipyard Way (please use 485 California Avenue for GPS directions). It will be a night to celebrate CRS, our mission to diminish poverty in Avon and Avon Lake, and the incredible generosity of supporters like you.

The doors will open at 6:30 PM, and you can look forward to an unforgettable evening featuring an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, a sit-down dinner, music, dancing, auctions, raffles, and more. Complimentary valet parking will be available for your convenience. Please note that tickets will not be issued - volunteers will be stationed at the entrance to assist you with check-in. The dress code is formal/semi-formal; we kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans.

We will once again be using GiveSmart for mobile bidding during the event, so please remember to bring a fully charged cell phone. If you need any help with the platform, technicians will be available on-site to assist you.

The silent auction is now LIVE! The Charity Ball Volunteer Committee has put together an incredible selection of items for you to browse and start bidding on right away. You won't want to miss out on some truly special pieces. Simply CLICK HERE to view the items and place your bids.

We are also offering several exciting raffles this year, including a Diamond Tennis Bracelet, a Louis Vuitton Bag, a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 15-Year Bourbon, a Louis Vuitton Wallet, and the coveted Golden Ticket, which allows the winner to select any live auction item!
