Your group of ten will feast on a fabulous gourmet dinner in your own home! Chef Michael K. will conduct an in-person consultation with you first to create a custom five-course menu of your choosing, including appetizer, soup, salad, entree, and dessert.

Chef Michael is always up for a challenge, so you might try a more daring menu or let him suggest a creative take on your old favorites! He will work with dietary restrictions to create a menu that pleases your whole group.

Chef Michael and his staff will personally prepare and serve the meal while giving you an upclose, interactive understanding and answering questions you have as you watch him at work.

Chef Michael is currently the Executive Chef at MK Culinary. He has a wide range of experience including appearing on The Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen" competition, and has worked on the cutting-edge of the culinary world in research and development at CSSI, which partners with the best and brightest in the foodservice industry. This will be a dinner to remember for you and your guests!

Restrictions: Dinner will be scheduled on a mutually agreed-upon night and is valid for up to a year from the Gala date.

This year, 10 of our table centerpieces include these beautiful fresh floral creations that are available for our guests to purchase! Your $100 purchase price goes to further DGCS's mission, and you get to take home this lovely arrangement to admire! These centerpieces were created by Gala Committee members Amy Kasbohm and Megan Kurcab.

Please pick up your purchased centerpiece after Check-out at the end of the evening by finding a Gala Committee member near the back of the ballroom who will assist you.
