Cooking over coals is one of ASHLEY CHRISTENSEN'S happiest of happy places, and because ADAM & MARTHA DERBYSHIRE own a Sea Island Forge, the most epic of fire kettles, we could not think of a better spot to bring together two of our greatest winery partners, JASMINE HIRSCH and MICHAEL CRUSE for a late Spring dinner incorporating all the local goodness that Ashley so famously attracts.
