All Guests Must Comply with Resort Policies, Including Occupancy Limits, Quiet Hours, And Community Regulations. Failure to Comply May Result in Additional Charges or Forfeiture of Stay. The Provider and Resort Management are not Responsible for Acts of Nature, Maintenance, or Other Circumstances Beyond Their Control That May Impact the Availability or Quality of the Stay. In the Event the Specified Resort or Unit is Unavailable, Comparable Accommodations of Equal or Greater Value Will Be Provided. Airfare, Transportation, and Travel Insurance are not Included Unless Explicitly Stated on the Certificate. A Rental Agreement Must Be Signed Prior to Your Stay.
