POINTS OF DISTINCTION
Sequoia Grove Winery - 12 Bottles of 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes for the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon come from the finest vineyard sites in the best appellations of Napa Valley, including the Sequoia Grove Estate and Tonella Estate Vineyards in Rutherford, as well as select parcels from top growers, including Morisoli and Beckstoffer in Rutherford, Stagecoach in Atlas Peak, Lamoreaux in the Oak Knoll District and Healy in St. Helena. All fruit is hand sorted before undergoing a cold soak followed by inoculation with French yeast strains. Individual wines are fermented in small batches with daily pump-overs. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and is further aged in oak before bottling.
FOOD PAIRING - A versatile food wine, the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with any red meat on the grill, pork tenderloin, heavy cheeses and grilled vegetables.
Tenuta Sette Pointe - 6 bottles of Oreno Toscana IGT

TASTING NOTE: The nose impresses with great aromatic richness and a complex bouquet of blackcurrant, small black fruits and delicate balsamic notes of menthol. In the mouth, the wine has velvety tannins and with aromas of black berried fruits that fill the palate with lingering persistence.
FOOD PAIRING: Full flavored meats, game, roasted and braised red meat

This rare and collectible vertical from Gamble Family Vineyards offers three outstanding vintages (2015, 2016, 2017) of their highly acclaimed Cairo wine. Each bottle is signed by the winemaker, Tom Gamble, making this a must-have for serious collectors and Napa Valley enthusiasts alike.
1.5L 2017 Stags Leap Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from Reynolds Family Winery
Hailing from world-famous Stag's Leap District in Napa Valley, known for its silky tannins, the wine spends 24 months resting in a barrel, followed by a minimum of another two years of bottle age. Stunning aromatics of dark cherry, cassis, coffee beans and creamy vanilla waft from the glass. The palate offers an abundance of black cherry, blackberry and ripe plum with layers of silky chocolate ganache, framed by a solid spine of acidity and a tight core of savory essences. This everlasting finish suggests a decidedly cellar worthy offering.
3 Bottles of Cervantes Cabernet in Original Wooden Case
The 2021 Cervantes Cabernet Sauvignon shows balance and discretion. A blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Malbec, and 6% Petite Sirah, it is ripe with raspberry, blueberry, and boysenberry notes and surrounded by aromas of flint, sage, chocolate and incense. The tannins are rounded by aging for 20 months in 50% new French oak barrels, providing a soft texture and a framework on which the wine's character is built. This wine should age for many years in bottle.
3 Bottles of Cervantes Blacktail Red Blend in Original Wooden Case
The 2021 Cervantes Blacktail is a blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Malbec, 11% Petite Syrah, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. The winemaking and elevage are very similar to that of the Cervantes Cabernet Sauvignon bottling; however, the expression is completely different. This is a multi-layered, dark, highly-faceted wine that tells a rich story. Black fruits, toasty notes, baking spice, and savory tones all add to the wine's complexity. It is intense on the palate, even with its great sense of balance at the core. With this level of density it should age well for decades, and will continue to reveal layers as it opens in the bottle.
