Bidermann Golf Club is a historic golf course founded in 1929 by Henry du Pont who was the only member there for over 30 years. . In 1928 when du Pont commissioned golf architect Devereux Emmet to build him a private 10-hole course on 160 acres of his Winterthur property. Du Pont would play on his private course almost everyday and on weekends he would invite guests like the Vanderbilts and Kelloggs to join him out on the course. Later in du Pont's life he acquired another 300 acres and hired damed golf course architect Dick Wilson to expand and design this new 18-hole course. The club was named Bidermann in honor of Antoine Bidermann, the son-in-law of Henry DuPont. Today the course has restored by Andrew Green and has still very exclusive with only 200 members.

Founded as Ocean City Country Club in 1923, Greate Bay was originally commissioned to be a work of Donald Ross. Shortly after his hiring, Willie Park Jr. joined the team to finish the job. In 1972, the club hired George Fazio to re-design the 18 hole course and it was renamed Sands Country Club in 1981 after being purchased by Sands Casino. The course was designed by Alex Findlay, also known as the "Father of Golf" and opened in 1930 as a 9 hole course. Forty years later, Medford Lakes decided to expand the course to a full 18 hole facility. Harold C. Burdy, who apprenticed under Robert Trent Jones, designed the additional nine holes. The original 18 holes, now a sprawling 9 hole course, is called St. Martins. Originally, the Cricket Club did not own the land on which they played golf. In 1920, the club purchased the land in Flourtown and A.W. Tillinghast designed a championship course, Wissahickon, that opened in 1922. In 2002, Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry designed the renowned Militia Hill course that now adds a second 18 holes to the Flourtown location.
