Join RCHS Board member Lee Pao Xiong for a very special foodie experience: a personal tour of the Hmong Village Shopping Center on the Eastside of Saint Paul. Hmong Village is home to more than 17 individual food stalls, 20 farmers market vendors, and 100 specialty merchandise shops. Not only is it one of the largest Hmong markets in the country, it's one of Saint Paul's most incredible cultural treasures!


Lee Pao will teach you and up to four (4) guests all about Hmong history and culture as you are guided in and among the many stalls and shops. After your tour, enjoy a complimentary Hmong lunch. Calling all foodies! Local Chef Tammy Haas will prepare a customized four-course meal, complete with wine pairings, for you in your own home!

Chef Tammy will work with you to design a menu for up to six (6) diners that everyone will love. The day of the meal, she he will bring all the necessary ingredients, pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed to prepare your feast.
