Sound Bath

Enjoy the peacefulness of this full body meditative experience led by St. A's own Scott Owings. Scott uses a variety of resonant sounds such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes to provide a healing "bath" for you and a group of your friends.

Includes your own small singing bowl and mallet from Thistle Farms global partner Local Women's Handicrafts In Nepal.

Can take place at CCJ's Moon Room (max 12 guests) or in your Nashville area home for any number of guests.
