Wine tasting with appetizer pairing for eight people in the comfort of your home led by Sommelier, Mason Hewitt, and food catered by Olive Tree. Mason will excellently select four wines from his private cellar that will be specifically paired with appetizers catered by the Olive Tree.
Chef and Owner Nick Korbee of First Mile Kitchen will demonstrate and teach how to shuck an oyster perfectly and cook tomahawks during this private party experience. The evening will end with a family-style dinner, including FMK's famous sourdough bread, salad, and of course, fresh oysters and tomahawk steaks. For up to 10 people and does not include alcohol or gratuity. It is up to the restaurant's discretion to schedule a date that works for everyone involved.
