What is the inclement weather policy?

  • a la Carte will proceed as planned! 
  • Safety is our top priority! We are closely watching the weather forecast and will adjust as necessary.
  • Complimentary valet will be provided for front door drop-off.
  • Parking lot shuttles are also available for those who choose to self-park.
  • We will have extra umbrellas on hand as well.
  • We look forward to a fun night, sampling the best of Little Rock's food scene! 


What should I expect at the event?

  • There is no physical ticket for this year's event. When you purchase your ticket, your name will be added to our attendee list that will be used at event check-in. 
  • Food Sampling: enjoy bites from over 20 of the best eateries in central Arkansas. You won't leave hungry!
  • Open Bar: enjoy an array of options at the open bar thanks to our generous Hospitality Partners, Golden Eagle and MK Distributors.
  • Music and Dancing!


How does the auction work?

  • Online Auction: All auction bidding is online only. The auction website goes live on Wednesday, March 26. No auction items will be present at the event except for the jewelry donated by Jones & Son Bridal & Fine Jewelry.
  • Register to Bid: Everyone is welcome to participate in the auction, with or without an event ticket. To register to bid on auction items, click HERE.
  • Auto Bid: Don't want to worry about bidding during the event? Set up "Auto Bid" by clicking the tab located above the bid box. Enter your maximum bid amount and click "Confirm." The system will automatically bid for you up to your maximum amount.
  • Auction Close: The silent auction closes on Thursday, April 3, at 9:00 p.m.


What should I wear?

  • Attire: Your spring best! Polka dots are at the center of this year's theme.


Where do I park?

  • Complementary Valet: Complementary valet is provided from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Please follow signage on-site.
  • Self-park: There is ample parking outside the hangar if you choose to self-park.


About Arkansas Children's Hospital Auxiliary:

  • Established in 1967, the Arkansas Children's Hospital Auxiliary has grown to include more than 500 women who support the work of Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Arkansas Children's Research Institute.
  • Members give their time, energy and talents in order to raise funds for medical care, state-of-the-art technology and a wide range of outreach and innovative support programs for children and families.
  • The ACH Auxiliary undertakes five major projects each year, including a la Carte, the Holiday Card Project, Miracle Ball, Race for a Healthier Tomorrow and the ACHiever program. ACH Auxiliary volunteers also manage the Playaway Gift Shop in the ACH lobby.
