LOCATION & TIME: UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center | 9041 Robert D. Snyder Rd., Charlotte, NC 28262 at 6:00 PM | YBLA Leaders will meet you in the parking deck and lobby to escort you and your guests to the event space.
CHECK-IN: We will send you a text message with a GiveSmart link so you can check in before the event. Our virtual check-in expedites registration, ensuring you have more time at our networking reception. Guests who do not check in early must stop by the Registration Room.
EXPERIENCE ROOM & NETWORKING RECEPTION: At 6:00 PM, enjoy cocktails while you mingle with guests and YBLA Leaders. Be sure to visit our Experience Room to hear first-hand accounts of program participants' leadership journeys. The Experience Room closes at 6:35 PM.
SEATING: You will receive your table number at 11:00 AM with the Check-In text message. You can also check your GiveSmart portal using your text message link where you will find your table number under the 'My Info' tab.
PARKING: We highly recommend self-parking to avoid extended wait times for valet parking. A parking kiosk will be available near registration upon arrival and will be moved near the exit for departure. Guests can use the kiosk to receive reduced deck parking for $6.
