2 hour Igloo Sphere Experience

Our Igloo Spheres accommodate up to 9 guests and provide the perfect setting to gather with friends and family, enjoy wine flights, sip warm mulled wine, and take in the magical sunset and breathtaking hilltop views. Reservations Capacity: Up to 9 guests per section. Guests can book up to 2 igloos online in separate transactions, under the same name. Exceeding capacity may result in relocation without refund. Service: A dedicated server will assist your group. A 22% gratuity applies for parties of 6+ or when booking multiple igloos. Food Truck service is not included. Wine: Not included; available for purchase after ID verification. Winter Comfort: Each igloo is covered and equipped with heating. During colder months, we recommend guests bring their own blankets for added comfort. Policies Tab Management: A single tab will be opened at the start with one card on file. Tabs can be split into up to 4 payments at the end. Pets: Not allowed in this space. Children: Allowed in this space. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times, ensuring they do not disturb other guests, climb rocks or fences, or engage in unsafe behavior. Grace Period: Late arrivals have a 30-minute grace period. Outside Beverages: Outside alcohol and beverages, including water bottles, are prohibited per Farm Winery Permit regulations. Any violation of this restriction puts our permit in jeopardy. Outside Food: Guests may bring their own food but must clean their area. Allow up to 15 minutes for transitions between reservations. Transportation Carpooling or ridesharing (e.g., Uber) is recommended. Cancellation Policy Reservations are non-refundable. With 5 days' notice, rescheduling is possible within 30 days of the original booking. Rescheduling exceptions are made only for extreme weather advisories, not typical Connecticut rain or snow.
