2 students from Ms. Bauers class are invited to join Ms. Bauer at 8am for breakfast! We will meet at Broad Branch Market and pick bagels or pastries to enjoy. Then we will walk over to school together to hang out before the day starts. This will take place on a mutually agreed upon Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday in May or June.

2 students from Ms. Bauer's class will join her for ice cream or another treat after school. Students will stay with her at dismissal and then they will walk over to Broad Branch Market to pick out their treat. They will then walk back to school to play games together until 4:30. One lucky 1st Grader and three 1st Grade friends will meet up with Ms. Perll at Rock Creek Nature center on a weekend morning. We will explore the nature center, hike on some trails, have a snack, and enjoy the great outdoors.

O'Beirne's Sweet Treat and Park

One afternoon, after school from 3:15 - 4:30pm, Mrs. O'Beirne will take the winner and three (3) friends to Broad Branch Market for ice cream and treats. After, we will walk to the park and play. If the winner would like to ride scooters we will all ride our scooters around school and the park. *Children must bring their own scooter for this option.

Teach Peace with Mr. Goldman for a day. Lead mindful moments and facilitate activities for grades 2-5 in the peace room!

Ms. McCarthy will be taking 8 students to the National Zoo for a fun-filled morning of animal watching, including a ride on the carousel! Ice cream and snacks will be provided. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the zoo. Details regarding drop-off and pick-up logistics will be sent to the winning bidders.

This event is for 4th or 5th grade students. 1 Winner will bring 5 friends to the gym to shoot on the archery range. There may be a few new fun tricks to try. During our adventure, we will dine on some pizza! Come hang out with Ms. McClure and see if you can out score her. This will take place during lunch and recess on a mutually agreed upon day before the end of the school year.

The winner and up to nine friends will join Ms. Willimann for an afternoon of painting their very own ceramic ice cream bowls with an All Fired Up Mobile Studio artist followed by enjoying an all you can eat ice cream sundae buffet! The winners will keep their individually painted ceramic ice cream bowls as a special memory. This experience will take place after school in Ms. Willimann's classroom on a to be determined date.

Get your bird nerd on with Mr Goldman and identify as many birds around Lafayette park as possible in one hour after school. Binoculars and snack at Broad Branch included.
