  • Beverage Pre-Order: Order beverages to be delivered right to your table for dinner instead of waiting in the bar line!
    Beer Options: 6-pack of Bud Light, Busch Light, Coors Light, Michelob Ultra, Sam Adams and Stella Artois
    Wine Options (Canyon Road): Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Moscato

Auction Details

Silent Auction | Everyone both at Circle or at home!

  • Silent Auction ends at 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 12 - this is earlier than past years so set your watchlist and your max bids! 
  • Create your watchlist! When you click on an item to see more details, click "Watch This Item." To see all of the items are you watching or bidding on, click "Categories," then "My Activity."

Check-Out

  • Check-out will open at 9:00 p.m. or when Fund-A-Cause ends.
  • You may stop by the check-out station (where registration was) or check-out on your phone.
  • Any outstanding balances, with a credit card on file, will be processed on Thursday, April 17, if no communication has been received of an alternative payment method.
  • Processing Fees: Processing fees at cost are passed along so that 100% of proceeds go to Holy Family Catholic Schools Student Impact Fund. You are welcome to pay by check and mail it to Holy Family Catholic Schools, Attn: Circle of Celebration, 2005 Kane Street, Dubuque, IA 52001. 

Auction Item Pick-Up

  • All physical items will be available for pick-up on Saturday when check-out begins at 9:00 p.m.
  • All items need to be removed from the Grand River Center by 10 a.m. on Sunday, April 13.
  • Holy Family staff and volunteers will be available on Sunday, April 13, from 8-10 a.m. at the Grand River Center to help with loading items.
  • Certificates will be available at check-out. For some packages, follow up will take place the week after Circle.
