Whether they have conquered the disease, are currently in treatment, or lost their fight with cancer, Hope on the Green will celebrate the lives of those we love.
Submit the following information by Monday, June 2, 2025:
- High-Resolution photo of your loved one
- Name of your loved one
- Cancer type [optional]
- Two sentences (maximum) describing your loved one or their cancer journey

Digital Hope on the Green will be displayed on the website and will scroll during the cocktail reception.
