Scott Anderson is the current Village Manager of Barrington. In his role, he has volunteered to serve on Executive Boards for health insurance, municipal investments, public safety dispatch, and police emergency response cooperatives. He has presented at professional conferences and enjoys speaking to area students about local government. Scott grew up in St. Charles, where he also raised his two older children, Erik and Haley.

Dena Anderson is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Barrington based Pepper Construction. She is passionate about raising awareness about breast cancer, and she is a two-time Susan G Komen 3-Day walker. Dena grew up in Arlington Heights, and she and Scott recently relocated to Barrington with their young son, Logan.

When Scott and Dena aren't at work, they like to escape to Wrigley Field or attend concerts. Scott and Dena are excited to bring their fancy footwork to Avante Banquets to benefit Bacoa.

Kate Fanselow, founder of the Kate Fanselow Group, is a driving force in Barrington's real estate market. As one of the area's most active brokers, she is known for her tireless work ethic, passion, and client-focused approach that consistently exceeds expectations and brings joy to the homebuying/home-selling process. Kate is an active member of the community, volunteering at Hough Street School, as well as generously supporting the Barrington community's teams, programs and small businesses that are near and dear to her heart. She lives in town with her husband Ed and two kids, Penny and Teddy. Kate is thrilled to be raising funds for Bacoa!

Dancing may be new to Michelle, but having FUN is her specialty! Alongside her husband Dillon, Michelle owns and operates the Barrington Boat Company & Club, which has grown into a hub for all things boating and hospitality. From a new boat showroom and marina to bars, waterfront event space, restaurants, and more, the company is thriving under their energetic leadership.
When she's not steering their business ventures, Michelle is a full-time high school English teacher and a proud mom to three. Somehow, she still finds time for her passions, including travel, philanthropy, and staying active in her community. With boundless energy and an adventurous spirit, Michelle is ready to channel it all into a show-stopping performance!
Julie is thrilled to take the stage alongside her friend of over a decade, Michelle. The two first connected when their oldest sons began kindergarten in the Chinese Immersion program, and their friendship is filled with years of adventure and family fun.
A dedicated member of the Barrington community, Julie has worn many hats: serving as a Commissioner for the Village of Barrington Hills, holding board positions with the Barrington Junior Women's Club and Kaleidoscope School of Art, and volunteering for Bacoa.
At home, Julie stays busy as a mom to two children and the proud owner of an exceptionally handsome black lab, Mr. Fitzpatrick. Along with her husband Sean, they keep life full of travel and adventures. Julie's professional life is equally dynamic-she's a passionate marketer and the founder of GreenID Marketing, where her enthusiasm for helping clients fuels her every day.

Rosanna Pratt is the founder and creative mind behind Chewcuterie Grazing Boards, a thriving charcuterie business born out of her passion for food and entertaining. Over the past four years, she has transformed her love for cooking into a fulfilling career, creating unforgettable grazing boards that bring people together and elevate every occasion. For Rosanna, sharing her creativity and culinary expertise is more than just a job - it's a way to connect with others and contribute to the amazing community she calls home.

A South Barrington native, Rosanna returned to her hometown with her husband Justin and their two sons, Leo (10) and Luca (7), six years ago. Since then, she has become deeply involved in the community, giving back through volunteering, supporting local charities, and opening her home to host friends and family.

Justin Pratt is someone who thrives on connection, dedication, and making a difference. With over twelve years of experience in medical device sales, he currently serves as the Area Sales Manager for Intuitive Surgical. His role allows him to work at the forefront of cutting-edge medical technology, helping improve patient outcomes and supporting healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care.

Outside of work, Justin's passion lies in being involved in his Barrington community. He has served as the commissioner for the Barrington Flag Football League as well as coaching nearly every sport his kids participate in. Whether he's organizing games, cheering from the sidelines, or offering support behind the scenes, his presence in Barrington makes a positive impact.

Rosanna and Justin believe in living life to the fullest, and they can't wait to bring this energy to the dance floor!

Jenny and Bob Shannon have been Barrington residents since 2004. Bob is originally from Buffalo Grove, IL and Jenny is from Kansas City. They met in Chicago, moved to the 'burbs, and raised three beautiful daughters, Libby (21), Lucy (20) and Nelly (16). Jenny, a professional ballerina years ago, danced many classical ballet roles, and then went on to get her Masters in Education. She now works in the front office at the amazing Hough Street School. Bob, not a ballerina, is the Managing Partner of the national law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson, based in Chicago. Bravo Bacoa, let's dance!

Barrington resident and proud Barrington High School Alumni Brett Stetson is cautiously optimistic about showing off his dancing skills in support of Bacoa in this year's Dancing with the Barrington Stars. As an assurance partner at Plante Moran, Brett is excited to prove that CPA's can dance too! He and his wife Katie keep busy chasing their three sons and daughter from one activity to the next. They are also members of the Shepherd's Circle, and through their annual Barn Dance fundraiser, they have raised over one million dollars for various initiatives to help advance the resources and capabilities of Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.

Therese Van Ryne is excited to participate in Dancing with the Stars! She and her husband, Mark, have lived in the Barrington area for more than 15 years, and their three children are all graduates of Barrington High School. Therese is the Senior Director of Global Communications for Zebra Technologies, headquartered in Lincolnshire. During her free time, Therese serves as a Trustee for the Village of Lake Barrington and a Trustee for the Institute of Public Relations. She also enjoys volunteering for St. Anne's Catholic Community. Therese grew up dancing in her hometown of Racine, Wisconsin, and she is thrilled to return to the dance floor to support Bacoa and its important mission through this amazing event!
