This remarkable property has deeded rights on a private beach, is situated on 2 1/2 acres with a flag stone patio covered with a brand new pergola and large fire pit all to provide endless outdoor enjoyment. The home also features a 100-foot tower bunkhouse/game room.
The property is a throwback to Ye Olde Cape Cod but provides creature comforts such as AC and Smart TV Technology.
The space
This property provides large open-concept common spaces both inside and out.
On the exterior is a flagstone deck covered with a brand new pergola, BBQ grill with side burners, comfortable patio furniture, outdoor shower with changing room, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a large sprawling lawn.
The interior provides brand new GE appliances with a large kitchen island.
Sizable bay windows allow the view of the water from all the common areas.
This estate boasts 3 bedrooms, bunk quarters with 3 full bathrooms (two with shower/tub combos).
Of the three main house bedrooms, two are suites with king size beds. The main floor king bed master has an en-suite whereas the upstairs king master bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two full size beds.
In addition to the main house three bedrooms, the bunkhouse provides 3 bunkbeds, each with a twin over a full-size bed allowing for additional sleeping options. Please note that the bunkhouse does not have direct access inside the house and therefore no attached bathroom.
Wireless internet access is provided throughout the home with new large screen TV's in the living room, bunkhouse and main floor master bedroom. All beach, bed and bath linens included.
The home has air conditioning and heating with the exception of the bunkhouse.
This rental is ideal for small families, multi-generations, large families or even multiple families and provide for an all-inclusive vacation experience.
The access to the private beach is currently through the public landing down the main road past two other homes.
Please note: So sorry, we do not allow events or bachelor/bachelorette bookings or large party groups. No more than 4 cars are allowed in the driveway.
