THIS EVENT IS FOR K - 8TH GRADERS
(SIBLINGS WELCOME)
Date: Friday, October 11th
Time: 6pm - 8pm
Location: Sanctuary Parking Lot
* Parking lot opens for parking at 6pm and closes at 6:30pm
* All pizza orders must be submitted by noon on Thursday, October 3rd
* If you don't plan to park a car, please donate a bag of candy in the office
MORE EVENT INFORMATION
- Trunk or Treat is a fall event sponsored by the Zion PTL. This is a non-public event that is open to the families of students and members of Zion Lutheran Church and School and their guest.
- One form/registration per family is required. Parking passes are required for admittance & will be sent home the week of Trunk or Treat.
- Parking Attendants will direct cars into parking spaces beginning at 6pm. If families wish to park together, plan accordingly and gather off school lot and caravan into the lot together. NO holding parking spaces.
- Once you park your vehicle for Trunk or Treat you WILL NOT be able to move until the end of the event.
- Trunk Decorating - Bring your imagination and all the props needed for decorating. The sky's the limit! Prizes awarded for top 3 decorated trunks!
WHAT TO BRING
Candy or other treats to distribute (NOT required to be peanut-free)
Non-alcoholic drinks
Food, but remember NO grills or cooking equipment
If you are not parking in the lot, please donate a bag of candy in the school office prior to trunk or treat
WHAT TO WEAR
Please be respectful of all families attending and use good judgement with trunk decorating and costume selection. No ghost, goblin, witch, or other scary costumes. We want everyone to have a fun and positive time.
TIME FOR EVENTS
6:00pm - Parking Lot Open/Trunk Decorating Begins/Pizza Available for pick up
6:30pm - Parking Lot Closes/Devotion/Pizza Pick up ends
6:45pm - Trunk or Treating Begins, Games, Inflatables, Music and Fun!
8:00pm - Trunk or Treat Ends

CANCELLATION POLICY
No rain out date and no refunds will be issued. If event is canceled, pizzas can be picked up at 6pm in front of the church, no refunds will be given for pizza.
