What is the Saint Simon Parish auction?
It is a fundraising event held every two years in the evening at Villa Ragusa with cocktails, dinner, dancing and items to bid on in a silent and live auction format.
What is the Auction theme?
Our 2025 auction theme is: "A Moonlit Garden Gala".
Join us for a moonlit evening in the garden with food, drinks, dancing, spending time with friends, and bidding on some spectacular items.
What date is the auction?
Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Villa Ragusa 35 South Second Street, Campbell, 5:30-10:30 pm
What is the format of the evening?
Cocktail Reception and Silent Auction at 5:30 pm
Dinner and Live Auction at 7:00 pm
Dancing until 10:30 pm
How do I buy a ticket?
Reservations are now available on our homepage.
How do I sit at a table with my friends?
· When you purchase a ticket on GiveSmart, you will be given an option to list who you would like to sit with.
What is the dress code? What do I wear?
The dress is cocktail attire.
How do I bid on items?
· Download the GiveSmart app
· Get updates to stay up to date as items become available
· Note: some items will only be available to bid on the night of the Auction
How can I help and get involved with the event?
From October through December, we need help obtaining donations. In January, we will need help with preparations and help on the day of set-up. We'd love YOU to join our team! Email: auction@stsimon.org

Gift Cards, Local Business Gift Certificates, Casual & Fine Dining Gift Certificates, Airline Miles or Vouchers, Vacation Homes, Hotel Certificates, Professional and Local Sporting Teams Swag, Sporting Event Tickets, Concert Tickets, Venue Tickets, Jewelry, Wine and Experiences
Can anyone attend?
Everyone over 21 is welcome to attend. Bring friends and family for a fun evening while supporting our Parish and School.
Where do the funds raised go? Who do they support?
The Auction is Saint Simon's biggest fundraiser. The parish and school rely on auction proceeds to fund special projects outside of normal operations, ensuring Saint Simon is continually upgraded, well-positioned for the future, and shining like the wonderful and welcoming place it is. Money raised also funds local, national, and international charities carefully identified and recommended by our Outreach and Social Justice Council.
CORPORATE MATCH: If you are making a donation, please consider asking your employer to match your donation. Many employer matching programs can double or even triple your contribution. Upon making a donation on the form, you will receive an emailed receipt. Most employers will accept this receipt to process their match.
