Registration begins at 10:00am. This is when Super tickets, raffle tickets, and putting contest sales will occur. The silent auction items and raffle items will also be on display during this time.

The Putting Contest will run throughout registration and end at 12:30pm, with the winner immediately announced. Players will make their way to their carts and remarks & overview of rules will begin at 12:35pm.

Shotgun start at 1:00pm.

Players will receive lunch vouchers for The Golf Grill snack bar located by the 10th hole and can be used anytime during the tournament.

There will be plenty of water and Gatorade on the course, 4 stations will be set up at holes 3, 7, 12 and 16.

The raffle will be drawn during play at 2pm, and winners can pick up their prizes upon conclusion of their round at The Golf Grill Snack Bar.

The Silent Auction will close at 6pm, and winners of the auction cash out on their phones from the site or can cash out upon conclusion of their round and retrieve their prizes at The Golf Grill Snack Bar. Volunteers will be there to assist.

Finally, our contest winners and top 3 teams will be announced at 6:30pm, and they will receive their prizes and take pictures to conclude the event at The Golf Grill Snack Bar.
