OPERATION FREEDOM PAWS
Operation Freedom Paws (OFP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers veterans, first responders, children, and others with disabilities by teaching them to train dogs pulled from rescues and shelters to support their specific disabilities and certifying them as service dog teams. Through this therapeutic human-canine bond, individuals gain the skillset to manage both visible and invisible wounds, regain independence, engage with their communities, and lead enriched lives. We are committed to providing our 48-week training program and wrap-around services, including mental health counseling, at no cost to our clients. Thanks to your support, OFP has proudly worked with over 550+ clients and 2,600+ family members.
Operation Freedom Paws is proud to be recognized as the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce 2024 "Nonprofit of the Year" and featured in George Kittle's My Cause, My Cleats.
