WHAT TO EXPECT

Dress Code | Cocktail attire

Cashless Bars | Vibrant Music Hall only accepts credit card payments for bar purchases. 

Seating | General admission tickets are open seating. Look for tables marked 'Open Seating'. Sponsor tables & VIP tables will be reserved and marked with your company or host name.

Parking | Free parking will be available in the main lot on the south side of Vibrant Music Hall.

Upon Arrival | Check in at the registration tables located inside the main doors on the south side of the building.

Charged Cell Phone | Bring a fully charged cell phone! Bidding is done on your phone.

Auction Items | Preview live auction items and purchase golden raffle tickets by visiting the VIEW ITEMS button on the event homepage. Bid on silent auction items starting February 8!

Card on File | To ensure check in runs smoothly, please have a card on file prior to the event. Add a credit card to your GiveSmart account by navigating to the MY INFO icon, or follow the prompt sent via text the week of the event.

Check Out | If you win an auction item, please stop by the registration tables to pick up your item(s) before leaving the event.

Shelby Stokes has a rich history as a multi-generational auctioneer. His grandfather and father are also well-established auctioneers with successful auction companies. Shelby began his journey at a young age attending and volunteering at a variety of auction events before attending the Western College of Auctioneering where he officially gained the title of auctioneer and now shares his expertise with the next generation of auctioneers.  

With a personality that exudes positivity, Shelby is able to connect with guests and create a charitable environment that is filled with humor. For Shelby, each event is an opportunity to bring people together to support the causes they care about and he looks forward to sharing the evening with you.
