Event Details

The 2024 Wheatland Farm Gala Dinner promises to be an exquisite and inspirational evening at the magnificent Wheatland Farm estate. Below is an overview of the event:

Event Schedule:

Registration: 5:30 pm:
Upon arrival, valet service will greet guests and direct them to the Wheatland Farm Coffee Shop for registration, which is adjacent to the poolside cocktail reception.

Golden Hour Cocktails: 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm

At the Wheatland Farm Pool Garden & Manor House Lawn, guests will enjoy signature cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while captivated by the scenery of Loudoun Hunt Country.

Dinner, Dancing & More: 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Guests will be ushered into the Upper Great Barn Event Center, where they will savor gourmet local cuisine and fine wines. The evening will feature inspiring presentations by Wheatland Farm students and staff, followed by dancing, live and silent auctions, and musical entertainment by the live band Main Event. A special Irish Tenor, Mark Forrest, guest appearance will add a delightful touch. Mr. Brian Damewood will host the live auction with co-host Mr. Conor Forrest.

Menu:

The dinner menu includes a carefully curated selection of gourmet local cuisine and fine wines, showcasing the best of seasonal flavors and ingredients. Guests will enjoy dishes such as:

Butternut Squash Soup
Choice of Main Course: Red Wine Bistro Filet or Ricotta Ravioli with Wild Mushrooms
Desserts: Apple Crisp Tartlets
Mini Sweet Potato Cheesecakes
Tea, coffee, soft drinks, and sparkling water will be served throughout the evening.
