Experience a fun and immersive summer with our Mandarin & Spanish Summer Camp! Through hands-on activities and engaging themes, campers develop their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin or Spanish, while exploring exciting topics like safari adventures, Broadway magic, robotics, and ocean exploration.

Our camp integrates language learning with science, art, math, and physical activities, ensuring that students stay active and engaged throughout their summer journey. HWIS has been a leader in immersion education for over 20 years, with camps taught by experienced educators who are native speakers of Mandarin or Spanish. See weekly session themes here.

Camp Hours

• Half Day: 9:00a-12:00p (ages 2-4 only)
• Full Day: 9:00a-3:00p
• Early Care: 8:00-9:00a (add'l cost)
• After Care: 3:00-6:00p (add'l cost)

Pricing (full details)

• Regular weekly rates: $1,040 for full day, $650 for half day (only eligible for ages 2-4y)
• Early bird weekly rates: $990 for full day, $620 for half day (only eligible for ages 2-4y)
• Early Care weekly: $60 or $48 for week 2
• After Care weekly: $150 or $120 for week 2
• Week 2: July 2-5 is prorated for camp and extended care pricing

This summer sleepaway camp sets the stage for a comfortable acclimation to the U.S. for international students and sets the foundation for long-term friendships and a deeper understanding of diverse cultures.
