Mr. Shuman can be heard in recordings running the gamut from Telemann Oboe sonatas and Carter String Quartets to Michael Jackson, the Fugees, jingles and films. He serves as principal cellist of the New York City Opera and the Knickerbocker Chamber Orchestra and is an Associate Musician at the Met Opera.
