A Gourmet dinner for six people with cooking demonstrations at Pine Lawn with the Susquehanna Univerisity's Executive Chef, Scott Brouse.
Chef Scott will prepare a delicious meal before your eyes in the kitchen at Pine Lawn. Three courses, wine, and his own recipes to take home!
Salad: Arugala and spiced grilled radicchio, pickled radish, red onion, gouda cheese, with balsamic vinaigrette.
Entree: Frenched Tenderloin Beef, Pan-seared Medallions, nested upon a bed of roassted root vegetables, accented with a rich sherry and onion pan sauce, finished with shredded gruyere cheese.
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Creme Brulee.
