Trust & Will provides the winner/client the ability to establish important legal documents such as power of attorney, trust documents, wills, and medical directives using an online platform.

Trust & Will provides the individual initial consultation paperwork to gather data/beneficiaries/pertinent items to executing a will, Power of Attorney, health care proxy, or trust documents.

An attorney will meet with the individual virtually prior to finalization to review the data entered and any questions.

Trust & Will then drafts and sends the legal documents to the individual to be signed and executed with a notary.
