We know what you pay for advertisement on TV, print media, etc., and here's information we would like to share statistics regarding the platforms we utilize.  

• Last year, our online auction website, (www.SITS2025.org),  accounted for 779 registered users who enjoyed our site and generated 964 bids. There we hosted our club sponsor links and our donations.
• From Feb. 1, 2024 - May 31, 2024 (most active fundraising time), our club website (www.sitahoesierra.org) accounted for 1,000 active users with 2,500 page views from screen views and on an app. 
• Our WEEKLY e-news reaches 340 individuals with a 73% open rate! You can view how your business would be seen here.
• Our Facebook and Instagram pages are additional platforms to connect our supporters to YOU, our Club Sponsor or Event Sponsor. These platforms allow viewers to see your business's generosity and helps us to raise more money.

We know you join our efforts because you know it is important, but we also know that advertising is important for your business.

As a Club Sponsor for $1500.00, your business will be displayed on each of our platforms January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 and you'll be recognized on a personalized poster at all of our SITS events and on our event programs. .  

As an Event Sponsor for $750.00, your business will be displayed on each of our platforms and you will be featured at the SITS event you choose on an Event Sponsor poster as well as on our website. 

Remember, you'll be actively partnering with us through 2025.

We have two amazing vacation stay opportunities for you and it only takes one ticket to win! You can purchase a raffle ticket for a week's stay on beautiful Maui or select a timeshare for anywhere in the world! WINNERS will be announced on May 30, 2025.  Only 200 tickets per opportunity will be sold!  Each ticket is only $50 and must be purchased through a SITS Member! The size of unit is dependent on the destination and week you pick. There are so many choices of stays that you'll need to sit down and really explore all the adventures you can choose from. Maui Kamaole is Kihei's premier condominium complex. The property features 2 pools with spas (one sand bottom!), gas grills, tennis courts and clubhouses for guests to use. It should be noted that Maui Kamaole does not have an elevator for their guests. Maui Kamaole is close to many restaurants, beaches, and shops. Our Mad Hatter Tea Party, at beautiful Valhalla Tahoe's Grand Hall on Sunday, May 18, 2025, will begin at 2 PM. Guests will be greeted with mimosas and games.  We'll then enjoy a fabulous afternoon of tea, treats, and small nibbles thanks to our member chefs along with the Tahoe Culinary Academy of LTCC. Costumes and hats are encouraged!

Event Disclosures

Thank you for your kind attendance and generous support of our annual fund raiser. You are a partner in our mission to enhance the lives of women and youth in our community and the world.

We strongly encourage bidding with PASSION & PURPOSE so bid often and bid big! 

Our club members will be in touch to deliver your items to YOU following the close of our auction! 

1.  All auction items offered are donated. There are no auction items for sale on consignment.
2. A bid constitutes a legal contract to buy. All sales are final, and all items are non-refundable.
3. If an item has an expiration date, it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to comply with the expiration date and to finalize transactions within the time frames specified on the item certificate as a courtesy to our donors. All taxes, applicable fees, or reservations are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
4. All items must be paid for by the end of the event by the successful bidder. Credit Card registrations will provide payment the evening of the event. If an item is to be shipped out of the Lake Tahoe Basin, it is the recipient who is responsible for shipping costs.
5. While every reasonable effort has been made to describe each item correctly, all items and services are sold "as is". Values of items offered for auction are donor's estimates and are not warranted by Soroptimist International of Tahoe Sierra.
6. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before or during a sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. The highest bidder acknowledged by the online system will be the purchaser. 
7. Any mistakes in invoicing after the sale will be recognized as such by the buyer and the buyer will be obligated to the price. 
8. Whenever prize donations include alcohol, the bidder must show current identification demonstrating they are legally allowed to make the purchase. Alcohol cannot be shipped.
