Nick DiMarco was named Director of Strength & Conditioning in February of 2018. Since then, the Strength and Conditioning Department was rebranded to Sports Performance in 2019. DiMarco was named Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Performance in the summer of 2022, and the Assistant Athletics Director for Peak Performance in 2025. In this role he oversees sports performance, sports nutrition, and sports science efforts for all Elon athletics programs.

Guest is a 24-year veteran of the golf industry and is a National Award winner for the PGA of America representing 28;000 associates. Guest won the 2001 Titleist Scholarship Award which is bestowed as one of the highest honors that a PGA Professional can receive. During his tenure at Prestwick Country Club, Guest became one of the youngest head golf professionals in Myrtle Beach, S.C.; at age 24. He also has served at some of the greatest country clubs in the country, including Greensboro Country Club and Scioto Country Club, which consistently ranks as one of the top 100 golf courses in the United States.

Dockrill, a two-time league coach of the year (2000 Big South Conference, 2007 Southern Conference), has seen 21 different players earn All-America Scholar honors and Elon has been represented on those teams a total of 29 times. Of those, the Phoenix squad placed a program-record four players on both the 2013 and 2014 WGCA All-America Scholars list. In Elon's eight seasons as part of the CAA, Dockrill has guided the Phoenix to seven tournament titles and 40 top-five finishes in 76 total tournaments.
