Let us bring our Rawsome Raw Bar experience to your backyard BBQ. We bring everything needed to provide your guests an unparalleled raw bar experience. Included in the experience are 100 fresh farm raised oysters; perfectly paired toppings including: our signature strawberry mignonette, cocktail sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, and lemon wedges; professional shucking service; and an interactive question and answer experience that connects consumers to our process. Our Rawsome Raw Bar is a zero-waste experience. We send nothing to the landfill. We collect the empty shells and return them to the Bay where they are used to facilitate ongoing ecological restoration efforts.

• Contact lostcoastoysters@gmail.com within 60 days to schedule event.
• Event must take place within the 2025 calendar year.
• Certificate entitles recipient with 1 'raw bar pop up' event that includes 100 oysters, and all raw bar services (see attached flyer) for up to 10 people.
• The party must be held within Pinellas County at an agreed-upon date between recipient and Lost Coast Oyster Company.
