Lauren "The Amazon" Alifano can be found teaching middle schoolers in the Bronx by day, and working out at Revolution Training by night. Lauren has a passion for wellness and fitness, and when she is not at the gym, she is also a pilates instructor at SLT. She is excited to be participating in another White Collar Event this year. Lauren competed in and won the White Collar Event in November of 2022, and hopes to do the same this year. Lauren is ready to not only push herself to achieve another win, but also to help raise money for the Youth Boxing program here at Revolution Training.
