The Country Club of Indianapolis was born more than 120 yeas ago on June 4, 1891. It was the first country club in the city and among the earliest in the nation. A remodeled farmhouse where the Woodstock Club is now situated served as the first clubhouse. CCI moved to it's current site in August 1914 after wanting to expand its 9-hole course, into a full 18-hole golf course.
