CONSULTATION - BODY COMPOSITION & METABOLIC PROFILE ASSESSMENT WITH COACH - Getting you started off right at the beginning of your 30 day program! We'll use our InBody 520 technology, a non-invasive assessment technique, to get a profile of what you're currently made of and how well your body is metabolizing the food you eat. We will recommend some calorie parameters and fun, effective exercise options that will turn your body into a fat burning machine. We will teach you how to exercise smarter, not harder!

• 30 consecutive days of UNLIMITED GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
• 1 BODY COMPOSITION & METABOLIC PROFILE ASSESSMENT at the end of 30 days
