Brewed from Iwate grown Sake Rice, including Tsukinowa's own rice fields.

Moon Ring has a clear appearance, fruity aromas of honeydew melon, apple, and pear. The palate is round and smooth with umami deliciousness.

Pressing (filtering) is done using a traditional wooden Fune. This method allows for very gentle pressing yielding more refined aromatics and flavor.
