A black Fascinator created from Swiss Raffia braid. The base is a 11 mm Swiss Tubular horsehair braid and the loops of Raffia braid are double layered with a tubing on the inside for structure. The feathers are a dark pink with black, stripped and dyed Coque feathers. It is a one size fits all, as it attaches with a thin elastic around the back of the head, under the hair.
