Student Sculpture - L. Gephart
$525Libby Gephart is one of two winners of this year's ArtsGala Art competition and was chosen by the ArtsGala host committee to be featured at this year's event. She is a junior Art-BFA major at Wright State, but already is an adjunct instructor in the ceramics department at Stivers School for the Arts in Dayton.
Her piece, titled "Texture Non Raffinee" (French for "unrefined texture") is a ceramic sculpture that she says "...is what it is. You can put flowers in it, or nothing. It stands alone." We think it's absolutely beautiful, alone or with accent, and would be a fabulous addition to any home!
