Item Donation Form

Vacation destinations, tickets, products, gift certificates. . . we welcome donations of all types.

Your contribution is 100% tax deductible. In recognition of your generous support, your business or organization’s name, as well as a description of your donation, will be included in both our auction catalog and event marketing for all attendees to see.

On behalf of our students and their families, thank you so much for your generosity!

Donation Guidelines & Acceptance Policy

- Completed procurement forms must be received by February 14, 2025. Items must be received by March 7, 2025. Procurement forms or physical items received after these deadlines may be returned to the donor or held for use at another event

- All items should be in new or like-new condition and price tags must be removed.

- The item should not require the winning bidder to pay any additional fees to redeem it.

- We cannot guarantee accommodation of excessively large items.

- Procurement forms must be completed in their entirety. Forms without fair market value, donor information, correct and legible item description or item restrictions will not be accepted.

- We may package your item with others, add more specific language to the description and/or add images to create an appealing auction package.

- The item may be used in another valuable way or declined at the Auction Manager’s discretion. Desired items include wine packages, dining packages, local experiences, sports packages and memorabilia and other unique but universally appealing items.

- If an item pick-up is requested, the item should be located within 25 miles of Mercer Island.
