Dr. Ahmad Majed is a Professor at Tulane and a Shodan in Aikido. He earned his black belt while training in Egypt. In this class, he will teach a few basic techniques to defend against attacks through Aikido. Aikido focuses on using pressure points, stress on joints, and gaining control with the aim of turning an attacker's strength and momentum against themself.
