The successful bidder for this item will have the pleasure of dinner with a guest at Le Bernardin in New York City where they will enjoy a Chef's Tasting Menu created by Chef Eric Ripert with wine pairings chosen by Wine Director Aldo Sohm.

Le Bernardin, New York's internationally acclaimed, 3-Michelin starred seafood restaurant by chef Eric Ripert and co-owner Maguy Le Coze, opened in 1986. The celebrated restaurant earned four stars from The New York Times three months after its opening and is the only restaurant to maintain the rating over the course of five reviews and over three decades. Le Bernardin continues to be recognized for its excellence in food service, retaining its top spot on La Liste as the number one restaurant in the United States and number two in the world as well as its designations as a World's 50 Best, Forbes Four Star and AAA Five Diamond restaurant. Under the guidance of wine director and celebrated sommelier Aldo Sohm, Le Bernardin's wine program is distinguished with a 2009 James Beard Outstanding Wine Service award and as a Wine Spectator Grand Award winner.

This Chardonnay collection honors Cakebread Cellars' 50 years of quality winemaking and craftsmanship. The labels showcase founder, Jack Cakebread's photography and his black and white landscape images that played such an instrumental role in the founding of Cakebread Cellars.

This 50th Anniversary Set includes one of each:

Each wine is 100% Chardonnay, with fruit coming from the four family-owned vineyards, located in Carneros. The grapes for each were harvested at night to preserve acidity and freshness and then whole cluster pressed with individual blocks fermented separately. Specific aging regimens were selected for each block to showcase the fruit characteristics and highlight unique aspects of each vineyard. All wines were handcrafted by winemaker, Stephanie Jacobs.

Fathertime is a Kentucky bourbon from comedian Jim Gaffigan. Second Child Syndrome is Fathertime's second release, released November 2024.

Jim fell in love with bourbon after he and his wife Jeannie learned an occasional drink provided a momentary break from parenting teenagers. If you have children, you understand.

Jim has been blessed with five children, yet he found the arrival of his second baby the hardest. With the first child a naÃÆ'Æ'Ã'Ã'¯ve optimism often persists in most fathers: "Maybe my life will not completely change." But, of course, it does.
