Paddle and portage the BWCA-Quetico Wilderness from lake-to-lake, exploring the same routes that the Chippewa Indians and French-Canadian Voyageurs traveled years ago. Hear nature's music in the call of the loon; photograph moose, deer, bald eagles, beaver, and otter; fish for walleye, northern, lake trout, and smallmouth bass; relax at your campfire, and realize that you are in the midst of a virtual paradise.
Canoe Country Outfitters, out of Ely, MN, will provide for your every need with complete outfitting for four (4) people for five (5) days. Outfitting includes:
- Two Kevlar canoes with paddles and life vests
- Two nylon tents
- Four sleeping bags, self-inflating sleeping pads, pillows, & camp chairs
- All necessary packs
- Cookware, plates, cups, and eating utensils
- Nylon rain tarp Water filter Individual water bottles
- Saw and hatchet
- Cook stove with propane fuel
- Battery latern
- Set of detailed trip maps
- Detailed trip routing services
- Participants provide their own food and arrange own BWCA camping permit
