Explore a taste of our celebrated coastal California wines and culinary farm-to-table program with our Chef's Small Plates & Pairing experience. This tasting includes a flight of our Jackson Estate wines accompanied by a delectable array of small bites crafted by the Kendall-Jackson Culinary team. Using seasonal produce from our culinary garden and specialty ingredients from our favorite purveyors, this tasting is thoughtfully designed to showcase how wine and food work together to enhance the aromas, flavors, and textures. Learn the winemaker's art of blending at Raymond Vineyards. We will teach you how to use the tools ourwinemakers use daily to blend wine. How the smallest addition of one varietal will completely change thearomatics and flavors of our Bordeaux style blend. You will blend using the following three Bordeaux stylegrapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. You have the opportunity to craft three blends;then name your masterpiece, and we will help you bottle, cork, foil and label that special wine.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase case lots of your custom blend.
