The winner will work with the donor to make all arrangements in order to make this a personalized experience. The donor makes no guarantee or warrantee for this experience and the donors will make reasonable accommodation to the desires within the above stated limits.

AIRFARE

Airfare is for two adult Business Select on Southwest Airlines. Airfare is provided and arranged through donor using donor's flight credits and is on Southwest Airlines only with roundtrip flights from Denver, CO to Sacramento or Oakland, CA

Bookings, reservations and commitments must be made by December 1, 2024. Flight cancellations, delays, are not the responsibility of the donor, however, all reasonable remedies will be explored to fulfill the needs in completing the itinerary.

Wine tasting at Buonchristiani Family Winery, Caves at Soda Canyon.

The wine tasting provided is for two adults, but there may be other persons in attendance, it may not be a private event. If the winner would like to add additional guests to their wine tasting, this will need to be arranged with Buonchristiani Family Winery.

Buonchristiani Family Winery is a privately owned and family operated business and as a result the winner will have the opportunity to join their wine club at the conclusion of the tasting event.

Because Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a non-profit organization and relies on its admission revenue to support its own operation and conservation work, and given the large number of requests, ticket donations are limited and must meet specific criteria. Your organization has been chosen to receive one family four-pack for one-day admission to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! Each Zoo admission ticket is valued at $29, which is the price of a regular adult ticket. The passes do not include the required 75-cent contribution to Quarters for Conservation that every guest is asked to make upon entry to the Zoo.

Sit back and relax as we create your personalized 1880s "Step Back in Time" experience with the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and the Grand Imperial Hotel! Your trip begins with a departure from the 1881 Durango Depot to travel the rails behind an authentic historic locomotive along the route built to haul silver and gold from the mining town of Silverton. In Silverton, experience the beauty and elegance of the refurbished 1883 Grand Imperial Hotel.

Get ready to hop on board the train for a scenic ride through the majestic San Juan Mountains pulled by a historic locomotive in First Class seating. We are sure you'll find the perfect trip for your 3 ½ hour train ride through the valley, cliffs and canyons along the Animas River.

Before boarding, check your luggage with our Ticket Office personnel before 8:30am and it will be waiting in your hotel room upon your arrival in Silverton. Your historic experience continues when the train pulls into town, and you stroll the short two blocks to the Grand Imperial Hotel. As you enter the lobby, appreciate that the name of the hotel truly tells it all. The Grand Imperial Hotel has been refurbished and exceeds the original standards when it was built in 1882.

Once settled in your beautifully appointed room, feel free to relax there or go explore what Silverton has to offer. Peruse the in-room map that lists the many quaint shops, restaurants and watering holes that are all within a convenient walk from the hotel. You'll also find connections for various sightseeing tours, information on Colorado-made beer, wines and spirits. Enjoying the clean, crisp air and breathtaking mountain views will come naturally. The patriotic men of the 10th Mountain Division, brought diversity, courage, and hope to the Rocky Mountains when they arrived in the 1940s to train just a few miles south of what is now Vail.

They were part of the greatest generation of men, wanting to make each day count and each day better than the last. The mentality they had was strong after being shaped from the rigors of mountain warfare, their egos humble.

The 10th Mountain Whiskey and Spirit Company is an extension of the mountain lifestyle, bringing together the old with the new.
