Amanda and Curt's favorite holiday to celebrate was St. Patrick's Day and he loved green clovers. They loved to go out to eat, with their favorite meal being brunch at First Watch and Snooze. $560Joe had a love of life. His family and coworkers tell stories of Joe saying the funniest things with his deep New York accent and a straight face. You can't walk around the Sheriff's Office without someone starting a story out with "So the first time I met Joe.... I couldn't believe it... or so this one-time Joe.....
I couldn't believe it straight faced and all." He left an impact that will forever be remembered and will forever be missed. In true Joe fashion, he loved what he loved, and he had a love of Miller Lite (oh his family knows.... embarrassing right?) but he showed his best taste when he married the love of his life, Eva. He loved horseback riding, riding motorcycles, 50s and 70s music, coffee, Big Bill's Pizza (a taste of home), golf, racquetball, dogs, football, and most importantly his family and friends. He even custom built a bar in his basement to spend time with those he loved. We can't fit everything that was Joe into a basket because he was bigger than life, but we hope you get to see just a small opportunity to remember and get to know someone who was loved so deeply.
