Create your own bourbon from grain to glass. Select grains and flavor profiles to create, ferment and distill your own five-gallon barrel of bourbon. After a two-to-three-year aging process, Blackland will host a bottling party in celebration of your finished product, unveiling your customized label and whiskey name. A five-gallon barrel yields approximately 25 bottles.
