Take a lesson with New York Athletic Club's Head Tennis Pro in Westchester. Coach Kevin graduated from Iona Preparatory. While at the prep he was a starting forward on the varsity basketball team. Kevin has always had a strong interest in sports and especially tennis. His love affair with tennis started early. He credits winning his first tiny tots match at the age of three as the beginning of his life long ambition and dedication to the sport. Upon graduating the Prep, Kevin was recruited by Iona College to play tennis; he played both singles and doubles for the team. Kevin graduated Manhattanville College where he played number one singles for their team and was All-Conference his senior year.

Kevin brought his experience, talent and enjoyment of the sport to the Prep as head coach in 2010. His father, Kevin F.X. O'Rourke, a noted tennis professional is assistant coach. The pair is a nationally ranked Father/Son team and have played many tournaments throughout the United States. Coach Kevin is the head tennis pro at the Amackassin Club, one of the oldest tennis clubs in the United States. He also teaches tennis at New Rochelle Tennis Club and last year developed and was responsible for their junior tennis camp.

In his second year of coaching the team he led them to the CHSAA championships, a challenge he looks forward to repeating. Kevin credits his team with young talent, enthusiasm and strong athletic skills. He is happy to be back on the Iona Prep campus.

A one hour tennis lesson with Jason Shkodnik! Jason, originally from Brooklyn, New York, grew up in Florida where he was ranked in the top 10 state-wide, and in the top 100 nationally in boys' 18s. Jason attended the University of Buffalo, where he was captain of the men's tennis squad for 3 years, also receiving the Arthur Ashe Leadership Award in his senior year. He graduated from UB in 2013 with a degree in health and human services, and communications. As the Assistant Coach of the UB men's squad, Jason helped his team win the MAC Conference Championship and qualify for the NCAA championship tournament for the first time in school history. Jason joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2011, summers only through 2015, and full-time as of 2016.

A one hour tennis lesson with Mark Bowtell! Mark hails from Dublin, Ireland where he trained at the National Tennis Academy from the age of 12. As a junior, Mark was nationally ranked in the top two in every age division. He won and was a finalist in several ITF junior events and earned an ATP ranking in 2010. Mark played Division I collegiate tennis for Louisiana State University, graduating in December 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration. In the spring of 2012, while injured, Mark was a Student Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Tigers, before finishing his LSU career as a player and member of the 2012-13 squad. Mark joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2013, and was promoted to Co-GM of the facility in 2022

A one hour tennis lesson with Ion Efrim! Ion, originally from Romania, was a top-ranked junior in his home country, as well as the European Champion in the Boys' 14s Division. He spent his freshman year at the University of Texas in Arlington, and then transferred to Alabama State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Management in 2019. During his sophomore, junior and senior years, the ASU team qualified for the NCAA Championships, and Ion was named First Team in both singles and doubles in the South Western Athletic Conference. As a senior, Ion was named Player of the Year and MVP of the SWAC Conference Tournament, as well as Student-Athlete of the Year at ASU. Ion spent three summers at the SPORTIME/JMTA during college, before joining the team full-time as a tennis coach and the site's Tournament Director in 2020. He was promoted to Assistant Academy Director and Camp Director in 2022.

She turned pro in 1997 and earned 8 ITF singles titles and 35 ITF doubles titles. In 2006, Hana reached her career-best WTA rankings of No.87 in the world in singles and No.63 in doubles. Hana competed in the U.S. Open in 2006 and 2008 and reached the second round of the French Open and Australian Open in 2006 and the second round at Wimbledon in 2007. Hana was a member of the NY Sportimes World TeamTennis franchise in 2007 and 2008. After retiring from the WTA Tour in 2008, Hana joined SPORTIME as a touring professional and Assistant General Manager in Amagansett.

Hailing from Ventabren, France, Stanislas (Stan) Bedrune was a competitive junior in his home country before moving to the US to play for Queens College. A talent on and off the court, Stan helped The Knights win three ECC Conference Championships while earning academic honors from Queens College and from the NCAA. He also served as an assistant tennis professional at his alma mater while earning his degree. During summer breaks, Stan worked at clubs across the Northeast, before joining the SPORTIME Amagansett seasonal team in 2018 as a teaching pro. Upon graduation, Stan was the Assistant Tennis Director for Richmond Country Club in Staten Island, while completing his Master's in Sports Management. Stan re-joined the SPORTIME family in 2021 and was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2024.

Gui, hailing from Brazil, has 18 years of experience as a master tennis coach. Gui played his collegiate tennis at University of West Florida, helping the Argonauts to achieve a No. 1 NCAA Division II ranking. Gui's coaching experience includes his current winter-season position at Montverde Academy in FL, working with Brazil's current Davis Cup captain, and former World No. 34, Jaime Oncins. He has coached at the collegiate level at his alma mater, as well as at Clemson University, Middle Tennessee State University and, most recently, at Armstrong State University, where he led the women's tennis team to an undefeated NCAA title. Gui joined the SPORTIME Amagansett team in spring 2020.
