- Four (4) players to attend and play in tournament
- Invitation for each player to pre-tournament reception on Sunday, October 20th at Lively Beerworks (includes one guest per registered player, additional guest tickets for reception will be available for $30 two weeks prior on October 7th)
- One (1) complimentary pair of FootJoy golf shoes for each registered player
- Swag Bags and other giveaways for each player
- Breakfast and lunch provided day of tournament
