What does my ticket include?

Your event ticket includes heavy appetizers, wine/beer and other refreshments, access to our silent auction and wine pull, and open seating for our event program (including a live auction!) 

What is the dress code?

The attire will be dressy casual, like what you would wear on a night out with friends.

What will be served at the gala? 

Catering will be provided by Scheel's Catering and the Egg Roll Queen at three unique food stations. The stations will include chicken street tacos with salsas and Mexican cheese squares, a "Mashtini" bar--mashed potatoes served in a martini glass with your choice of toppings, along with tenderloin tips and crostinis, and the Egg Roll Queen's famous egg rolls, chicken wings, and dumplings. There will be a variety of dessert options, including mousse shots! 

How can my business or I sponsor the event?

What if I want to pay for my donation and auction items with something other than a credit card?

We can definitely accommodate alternative forms of payment! Contact Grace at [email protected] and she can help you with this process.

I can't attend the Fill the Cupboard Gala but I still want to support Open Cupboard. What can I do?

Please consider donating. Open Cupboard now serves over 6,200 households each week and that number continues to grow. With your donation, we can continue to provide fresh, healthy food to those in need. 

Can I bid on silent auction items if I cannot attend the gala?

Yes! Our silent auction will be conducted online and will open prior to the Fill the Cupboard Gala. Staff will be available on-site to help with the process.
